A:AnswerYes, you'd have to purchase a 16gb ram kit (2-8gb sticks) and they range from mid $60 range through $120 to $130. Once you start adding rgb lighting then the price goes up.
A:AnswerNo but yes, you could build your own, if you want a build a PC with the same parts (Including windows) you can get it on newegg for 650$ (Exculding the case, you can find cheaper cases on newegg.) Only buy the parts if you know how to build a pc. :)
