• Hello, Please make sure you are plugging your monitor into the graphics card and note the motherboard.

• You have to plug in the HDMI cable to the back of the pc where it has a covered spot. It has a sort of plastic protector. Take the protector out and plug the cable in that port. It did this for me as well because only one HDMI port works, but it is fine now. You can see i still have the black protectors in the other ports (in the picture) hope this helped.
