“I just bought this and while I was trying to set it up, the tv said "no signal". After doing some digging and watching the video I plugged the HDMI cord into the graphics card port. Still said "no signal". Any advice? It's not an issue w/ the cord or tv.”

If you can ensure that you are plugging the cord into the correct port on the back and that the tv or cord is not the issue. My next steps would be internal. Maybe the graphics card inside may not be plugged into its slot all the way. If you turn the pc on regardless of no display. Is the fan turning on the graphics card? If not then you’ve found your problem. If it is. I’d double check the cord before taking it back to bestbuy.

Please try again later.Power done the PC buy using the on off switch on the PSU. let it sit for 30 seconds (or more) also turn of the TV and let it sit also let it sit for 30 seconds. it's a weird issue with Nvidia GTX cards, once you do this it should work and you'll never have to do it again. If that doesn't work, swap the cable with one you know works, from and other device like you cable box of streaming device and try again. If that doesn't work, you have bad port on your graphics card.
