I play csgo on the highest setting and get 118-240 FPS
Even on Seige it’s set on highest graphics setting and all.

If you are trying to run simple games like Fortnite, Grand Theft Auto, Watch Dogs, Detroit: Become Human, or war thunder, they run at usually 500 fps. They may sometimes run a little bit lower, like at 70 fps, but I've been watching, it doesn't go less than 65 fps. the quality is great and recommend it.

Try playing around with the software to see if you can change the lighting. Another reason may be because the motherboard you received in your system is not from ASRock.
