You definitely can. I put a set of the Corsair RGB fans up front. The front fans have to be 120's and you can run a total of 3 up there. Probably get a fan splitter for power distribution. The top set you could run a pair of 140's but if you use 16gb ram cards I'm not sure a 140 would fit. I'm going to use a 120 fan size liquid cooler in the top part of mine.
