• As far as the power supply and mother board goes it varies by build. Ibuypower has a tendency to use whatever they can afford that meets the specs they need. I've seen my same BB960 with a totally different RTX2060 from the MSI version mine has. Graphics cards are definitely upgrade-able. Same PCI slot that every graphics card uses but honestly theres not a whole lot you can't do with an rtx2060 at the moment.
