It's an Intel cooler but it's super quiet. Tested the temp with Core Temp and with having 2 games open, it's at normal temps.

I think from all of the other reviews that I have read that this is just a budget pc with a stock cooler. Good luck hope you find what you are looking for I still think that BestBuy is a great place to shop.
