“My friend wants to build something similar to this and I want to prove to him even though he can just buy parts similar to this its best to just buy it. So is there a way i can get a parts list to show him all prices (he has no idea how to start on a pc)”

Long story short, building something similar to this, assuming you’re going to purchase the parts on sale and from various vendors will probably net you a lower price but at the cost of convenience. If you’re into building computers and all that fun stuff, I would recommend building, however if you want a pre built with somewhat decent specs and don’t plan on overclockig then spending a little more money for convenience is the way to go.
