• If it’s going to the store call the store or better yet go there and ask They know when it’s coming if it’s going to your house you’ll get a tracking number when it ships Don’t trust anything they tell you on the phone unless you’re talking directly to the store if you call main Best Buy they know nothing

• Mine too still preparing. If they advertise a date of delivery it should be that date and it’s already 2:13 here and no damm shipped email. Manufacturers are the one who ship the product and they like to take their time.
