• I can confirm it does come with a a 7th gen I7. I took my PC apart just to familiarize myself with it.

• Yes it does, I believe they updated to the 7th Gen a couple months back. I bought this setup a couple weeks ago, came with the 7th Gen I7 7700 non k version. :)
