Does this computer run 4k? null

if you have the rtx 2070 then yes it does 4k

Yes, the graphics card outputs 4K UHD according to the specs on MSI's website for it. I have an LG 27UK600 4K UHD monitor hooked up to it. You will want to get the drivers for whatever monitor you buy from the manufacturer otherwise windows 10 thinks it's just a generic PNP monitor and it doesn't fully support it's capabilities.
