That's pretty warm but not outside of spec. I noticed it was a little warm so I added two case fans for $20 and upgraded the i7 cooler to Coolermaster from Best Buy. It never gets over 65C now. The RTX 2070 can be overclocked with little effort or knowledge using Gigabyte's Aorus engine. With the additional case cooling my runs 78C overclocked and 74C on default. I feel like it will have long life at these temps.
