I know this question was asked 2 months ago, but just in case others were having the same problem as you and I, I'll write what I did to resolve this issue. My system came with the ASRock B360M IB-R, so I'm assuming this will only work for this mobo. There was something called Mystic Lights(?) already installed but that gave me an error every time I tried opening it. What I did was go to ASRock's site and download a file called PolychromeRGB(v1.0.34). This fixed the problem for me and I can finally change the colors.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Good question. Mines didn’t work at all initially so I opened and found out they had the cable plugged in the wrong way. When I turned it around the lights came on. However, the reps at Best Buy we’re unable to tell me how to change the colors without the remote. There is no software to change them that is installed on the computer. Someone st ibuypower or Best Buy needs to address this because it’s false advertising.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.MSI Mystic light is pre-installed, use that program.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It should have come with a remote. Double check your box. Mine was in with my paperwork in a sealed plastic bag.
