A:AnswerHello,
This system comes with an Intel processor and motherboard, so if you upgrade to a Ryzen 3700X, you would have to change the motherboard as well.
A:AnswerHello,
We just recently shipped more of this model out to Best Buy, the best way to find out if it will be in stock is to call your local Best Buys.
A:AnswerHello,
Unfortunately we are unable to provide specific FPS information as that is dependent on your in game settings. This system can run Minecraft well, so you can expect to see high FPS numbers.
A:AnswerThe maximum supported speed for the Intel chip in the system is only 2666mhz. So, if you put that kit into the PC, it will run all 32GB of the kit, but only at the default 2666 speed. However, most Ryzen chips support this speed. But to get a Ryzen chip, you will need a new motherboard. I will list some products similar to the ones in this system down below.
Similar Ryzen chip: Ryzen 5 3600. This chip has less physical cores(6), but it has more threads(12) due to hyper-threading. Most games won't fully utilize the 6 cores this chip has, and it is overclockable, too. It is also very good for the price, starting at only $175 USD.
A solid motherboard choice would be the MSI B450 Tomahawk Max. For the price, it really is an amazing board. You get 2 PCI-e slots to put graphic/expansion cards, support for memory up to 4133 Dual Channel, great VRM heatsinks, a turbo NVMe slot, PS2 port, 2 USB 2.0 ports, HDMI, DVI-D, USB 3.2, USB-C, and a LAN port, all for $115 USD.
So, switching to Ryzen could bring more bang for the buck to your PC, if you want that RAM to run as fast as you would like it to. You could even go as far as taking the heatsink off the existing motherboard and sell it locally. You could easily get $150 to $200 for the processor and $30 for the motherboard, depending on how heavily used they are. I hope this answers your question and clears things up for you.
A:AnswerHello,
This system already supports more than 16 GB RAM, but if you would like to also increase the RAM speed, you would have to upgrade the motherboard.
A:AnswerHello,
This PC does not come with a capture card. This system works with many capture cards, so it is up to you which one you would like to purchase.
A:AnswerHello,
If you installed additional RAM that is not the same model as the RAM that was already in the system, complications may occur. When adding RAM, we recommend using the exact same RAM sticks in a system.
A:AnswerI had the covers off a few days ago I didn't see a bay available.
But I add, there are several USB ports and I just added an external LG DVD writer and it works great.
A:AnswerI can tell you yes, editing with Premiere was the main reason I bought this pc.
A few days ago I was working on a video and I was able to add several effects, transitions, a video clip and a voice-over wav file without any issues.
But I've also ordered another 16gb of ram, hopefully I got the correct ram and they play good together.
A:AnswerI've ordered a pair of 16gb Corsair Vengeance LPX 288-pin DDR 2666 from Newegg and they should be here in a few days.
Everything I've read says they should work fine.
My iBuyPower came with Forza, a brand that I thought was just a great car game.
Hopefully the Corsair and Forza play well with each other.
I'll try to let you know if they work.
