I think that the fan is not connected to the motherboard. I have this same problem and I believe that this is the solution.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had three out of four fans work. It was a loose cable. I had to open the motherboard side of the computer and reconnect the loose connection. There was tape on it but didn't hold during shipping. This comouter does not have the 9-pin VGA port. You will need to use an HDMI cable.
