Mine had the same issue but with one of the front fan rbg lights. What you need to do is open the other side and check if that plug is loose or not plugged in at all just plug it back in and it should work. There are four plugs btw make sure all of them are properly connected as you do this.

Almost all of the connectors on my system were stretched and several were stretched to the point where they were no longer contacting. All you SHOULD need to do is open the case and work the wiring for each connector through the body of the case to give yourself a little play and then reconnect the fan. I'll bet it will work. Mine had three different items that would not initially work (one fan, one set of LEDs and one USB connector), but all came online once I did this.
