• I may be wrong. But I believe the you change the rgb with software on this PC. For the asrock motherboard this pc should have, the software is called Polychrome. Hope this helps.

• there is a software already installed called "RGB Fusion" just search on the pc & it should allow u to edit the colors. had trouble finding out how to do it myself. hoped this helped

• I did not receive one either. I also downloaded every possible software to be able to change it but none of them work. As a last resort I purchased a remote off amazon that ibuypower recommended, and no surprise it still doesn't work. I am very disappointed this was my first pc and i'm stuck on red for forever.
