The PC comes with an app installed call RGB Fusion 2.0 which controls all of the LED colors. You can choose colors and patterns to suite your tastes.

Yes. Depending on what brand of motherboard you get there should be RGB software installed. I received a Gigabyte motherboard and use Aorus (I believe that is what it is called).
