“I wanna use my dual monitor setup with this pc but I don’t think I can, does this of allow me to dual monitor, and how? I tried plugging in both monitors (one through DP and one through HDMI) but that doesn’t work.”

• The HDMI 1 & 2 don’t work but the NVidia card does. I had two monitors hooked up one HDMI and a DP. Hopefully your card isn’t bad.
