Q: QuestionPlease help the fan is working but the led of the fan is not working even for the liquid cooling the led is not working. And the PC is really getting hot I don't even know if the liquid cooling is working

• A:Answer No remote. It came with a Keyboard and mouse. I really like the computer. It boots ups very quickly like within 30secs. I only use this for my flight simulator games. So that was why I bought it.

Q: QuestionI’m trying to clear the dust from the front fans. I read that the front panel can be removed by pulling the front panel down from the bottom. Nothing seems to budge when I try to pull it off. Is there a way to remove the front panel to clean the fans?

Q: QuestionI got this desktop a while back and I've been having coil whine even when I have my headphones in. No matter which audio jack I plug in to, I still hear it. Is there a way I can get rid of this?

Q: QuestionHi I just got this pc today and I went to settings it says I don't have windows and I never saw anything in the box about the windows activation key. Does this pc come with a windows key.

• A:Answer No I does not I recommend when you go to boot that you hit the F2 key which will load you into bios. then click the advanced options tab and then select the boot tab then there is an option for boot override this will tell your PC to boot with the drive that has windows installed on it. If this doesn't work you may need to create a boot-able Media device with windows. There are plenty of videos on YouTube showing how to create the media PS you will need a USB hard drive of at least 8 GBs and I recommend that it doesn't have anything on it.
