“How do you customize the colors to the fans? There is no program on the PC that lets me customize the RGB lights inside. Didnt come with a remote either which some apparently came with. HELP!”

Actually there is, it is called Armoury Crate (by Asus). Now that I say that, it does seem like I was prompted to download it, but I honestly don't remember. If you don't have it, download it.
