• Yes this pc does come with that keyboard and mouse. Both have the multi color lights.

• I got the mouse from the pictures, but not the keyboard. The keyboard I received looks a lot cheaper than the one in the pics. Mouse is also of poor quality. PC itself is great, but you'll want new peripherals.
