Does this come with windows pre built null

Yes it does already have Windows 10 home running on it. If you ever have to reinstall Windows that's another story. You will need to download Windows 10 from Microsoft and find and reinstall all of the drivers you need. When I did that the only driver that I think I had to download was the video card driver. After replacing that useless Adata SSD that is in this computer with a Crucial my grandson says it's running fine now.
