Got this PC in September for gaming and it is great . I did a lot of research before I bought it and the specs on this one are great for the price . Had one fan light not work on arrival but it was just a connection that came off during shipping , very common with prebuilt stuff but it’s a quick fix. Pop off one panel and plug it back in . Highly recommend this PC.

It’s actually been a pretty good purchase to replace his almost 10 year old Alienware laptop. That being said I decided to purchase a second one for my daughter and had problems from the start. One of the fan lights was disconnected but was an easy fix. Then it started randomly shutting down. We called tech support and they determined it was probably a hard drive issue and needed to be returned. If she decides she wants to get another I would give this one another try.
