Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When I got mine set up, the top ring on the front wasn't lit, but the fan still worked. I opened the case on the right, solid side to view the connectors and found out one connector had come undone. Probably in transit. I plugged it in and the fan immediately lit up.
