We apologize that your radiator is missing the 2 fans. You could let Best Buy know and exchange the system, that would be the quickest fix, otherwise you would have to send us the system and we would have to install the fans for you which will take much longer. The motherboard manual can be found online if you search your motherboard manual. Unfortunately our cases do not come with manuals since we do not sell them on their own.
