“How well does this PC(i9 10900k w/ RTX 2070 Super) handle 4k video editing overall? Most likely will use Davinci Resolve. I'm looking for smooth timeline scrubbing, very smooth video playback with color grading and a few effects, no dropped frames. Thanks”

You would be way better off with a Ryzen 9 processor and at least 64gb of memory.
