I just picked up this computer yesterday. When I try to open the MSI mystic light program is says the platform does not support this application. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still not working. Is there another way to control the lights. null

You may have an ASUS board and not an MSI board. Not all of these machines ship with MSI boards.

Hello,

Please make sure that your motherboard is an MSI motherboard. If this is not the case, then you would need to download the RGB software from your motherboard manufacturer's website.
