“Is the liquid cooling on this system AIO or custom? If it is is AIO, is it user refillable? If not, will I have to replace the cooling unit all together whenever too much liquid evaporates?”

Hello, The liquid cooling is AIO. It is a closed loop AIO so it is not refillable. You may have to replace the cooler eventually, but it should last you several years with proper PC maintenance.
