• Mine didn't include a remote either. There is software that can be downloaded to control the lights.

• I just got this PC set up yesterday. I don't know how you adjust the lights. There may be a utility program installed that would do the job. I'll have to explore this issue.

• Hello, You can either check with your computer or look into the side of your PC to see what motherboard brand you have. You can then go to their website and download the RGB software.
