Hi there! Not a dumb question as the first PC can be intimidating. Every new iBUYPOWER PC includes the required power cord and spare SATA cables for future upgrades. You'll need a cord for your TV/monitor display, but those (typically an HDMI cable) are usually included alongside your display.
