• Hello! Yes, it is. You can top mount a 240mm or 360mm AIO radiator on this case.

• Yes, there is more than ample room inside to upgrade and or add components. The included heat sink is MASSIVE, so upgrading to liquid cooling, might actually open up some space inside your rig.
