can the RAM upgrade to 16 or 32 GB ? null

It has 4 slots for RAM, it comes with one slot already used. You can definitely add some more memory if you need it. You'll have 3 slots to add in some RAM and upgrade the PC yourself.

This computer can be expanded to 128GB when 32gb is put in each ram slot.
