QuestionI bought this pc and recently upgraded graphics card to a amd radeon 6700x and after install the RGB lights stopped working in the pc. Not that big of a deal to me but it would be nice to know how to fix this. Any help?

- Answer Power off and open right side of tower. Make sure all cables are plugged in properly to the rgb controller and not crimped.

QuestionIs there a way to remove the antivirus service that comes with it, or am I stuck with it...additionally if I am stuck with it, will it be set to auto renew or can I uninstall it as soon as I receive the PC, and not have to worry about payments later on.

- Answer It has 200 stable and can run up to 360 and on unlimited (which is not stable at all you can get 300-500. But when you get this use it on 200 fps! 240+ not so stable unless you're in creative!

- Answer I guess not because that is for a AMD ryzen. Look for something optimized for intel or specifically i5.

QuestionI have this same pc with the b560 ds3h ac motherboard, and I’m not very good with all the computer stuff and everything. What graphics cards are compatible for the motherboard to use? I can’t seem to find anything and I don’t wanna get the wrong thing.

- Answer Goto PC Builder, configure your computer with what you have, and you can plug in some other items to see what works. The BIGGEST thing is the Power Supply. On my computer, the power supply is 600 Watts. I plan on adding a GeForce GTX 1080 ti at some point. The minimum wattage is 600 Watts for that card.

- Answer Hi, so you're going to need to watch a video and how to install hard drive into this computer, it came with a hard drive, but you need to find out where in the computer it is. I'm sorry if this didn't help you might want to call IBUYPOWER support lines on the box.
