Make sure you have a speaker or headphones plugged in because it has no built in speakers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Santa had to purchase external speakers, hire my local "computer" guy to get them working. Geek Squad was super busy and Santa had to get it done quickly! After getting them hooked up for external sound it took him 1 hour to get the ear buds and the over ear headphones to work properly. Wasn't a easy task nor was it cheap. One thousand turned into 1400 hundred after all said and done. It's almost misleading with advertisement but I should of unpacked before December the 23rd so not blaming best buy but who would not want sound from a "gaming system" ?? Not my 7 year old...now my problem is finding the right printer so it can be used for gaming and school!
