“We just bought this computer (11/2021) and unfortunately - it is not compatible to upgrade to Windows 11!!! I am royally confused as this is a new device. There is also an option to "revert" back to Windows 7. Does anyone else have this problem?”

I will never buy that pc again. I returned it to best buy and received my money back. and purchase one on amazon and it work and also easy to setup.
