It sounds like the screen you are on is the BIOS menu. You can make certain changes to some settings in there if you'd like, but all you have to do after is save/exit out and your computer should boot into Windows.
A:AnswerTry switching the HDMI port coming from your pc to your monitor to to the display port and see if anything will show. If that doesn’t work you might want to try disconnecting the monitor and hook that cable to a tv or a different monitor if you have it. If you do that and the picture appears it’s not your pc it’s your monitor but, if it doesn’t show up still your pc is the problem.
