Hello, Yes this system should be able to support those 4 monitors if you have the right cables. Please note that the more monitors you use, the more strain on the graphics card, especially since you are using higher end monitors. We are unable to specify the FPS as that is dependent on many factors such as your game settings and your specific setup.
