“I received this my delivery yesterday. However checking the Graphics card (NVIDIA RTX 2060 graphics) instead I am looking at a no-name card by Gigabyte??? Where is the Nvidia RTX as advertised?”

All cards made by AMD or Nvidia are also made by other brands, they do the same exact thing and sometimes better. This is no different.

If you are not 100% sure and thinking you have been scammed you can go inside "device manager" in the search bar and go under "Display Adapters" I believe. If not it is one of those. NVIDIA makes the cards and other companies make the cards and sell it. That is why there are like so many versions of one card. I would say they at least did not cheap out and got a 2060 with the single fan model.
