• If you are talking about upgrading the RAM then unfortunately we are not unable to upgrade the RAM as this is a Pre-built system and all models will come with the Pre-installed 16GB upon purchase. The MB does come with 4 RAM slots with 2 being occupied by the Pre-installed RAM, which will leave 2 open to add more RAM should you wish to do so.
