“I am unable to connect my gaming PC to the internet/WIFI. It is asking for a security key, where I type in my password, and it says it is unable to connect. All other devices in the house are able to connect. Help please, this is so frustrating.”

I recommend contacting Best buy, Or Ibuypower. I would also try to reboot the computer, If it doesn't work then I recommend to go on setting's on wifi and trying to report the problem. I have this computer, Without any problems.
