A:Answer If six months have passed and you haven't solved this issue, it's probably too late. However, for others: if parts are missing from the PC out of the box, you have every right to return it. Best Buy (or any other seller) would probably offer you a replacement on the keyboard and mouse so you can have an operational PC immediately or, if you prefer, the alterntive would be to wait until that one was returned to the manufacturer and they replaced it.
