Does this computer ship to canada and it is vr ready? null

it is VR ready but i suggest building your own they only go big for the i7 9700k and 2080ti and the skip out on getting high end ssd and all the rest of the parts or go for like a hp omen obelisk with the 2080ti that seems to be better
