• The LCD screen is supposed to be upside down, you can flip it in display options, there are instructions in the box on how to do this. As for the USB port not working, double check it with different USB devices, hopefully its just a glitch, or needs to be blown out with some duster, if its one of the USB ports on the front of the case make sure the cables are seated properly inside, sometimes things get jostled in transportation and come loose.
