• Your Mileage may vary, if your tv is at least 60Hz and sub 5ms response time you should have a decent experience. But some large tvs have terrible response time making them bad for gaming even on consoles.

• Hello, This depends on your personal preferences. Playing on a TV would give you more size, but poorer resolution if you are playing up close.
