Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Is your mouse on the case screen? Mine defaulted as the primary display. Unplug the HDMI for it and try again before its properly setup. Otherwise try a different USB port?

I went into the Best Buy I ordered the computer at, and the manager tried replacing the mouse for me but he couldn't find one. He just heavily discounted another monitor (which I was going to get anyways), and I bought a nicer one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check the monitor on the case - it is highly likely the mouse is over there. The case monitor, by default, extends your desktop. And it might be the opposite side than you think.
