• Kinda, just don’t add loads of resource packs and shaders and it should work fine, if it doesn’t you can add mods like sodium or optifine to help with the fps situation.

• I think so as I bought this PC myself (haven't gotten it though), but the Best Buy employee said it should be able to run it fine as long as you don't plan to add anything else high like RTX shaders etc.
