I sincerely doubt that it can. The GT 710 isn't a gaming GPU, it's ancient (in tech years), and it's low-end/budget. I would look for something that has a better GPU, and maybe a better CPU. At least a Ryzen 5 3000 series CPU and a GTX 1050TI. Even then you'd probably have to lower the settings.
