Yes you can run up to 3 monitors if you know what your doing and you don't mind taking a performance hit on the GPU or the CPU, You have a DVI port and HDMI port on the dedicated graphics card, and an HDMI port on the mother board, So it's really up to you in this situation if you can I would suggest the I5 version of this computer or the I7 because they will come with an much better option for what your looking for.
