“We plugged in the mouse and monitor that we got and it's plugged in good. The pc turned on and the monitor did too, but it didn't show anything. There was an unplugged cable inside, are there supposed to be any loose cables?”

• Make sure you plug HDMI cable to the graphics card. You should have to to remove the plastic cover. There was more than one spot to plug hdmi, make sure it in right place.
